The elements of darkness
destruction from our hands
democracy and mortal judgement
and the idea of freedom
as it brings choas to the holyland

the instinct to murder
the instinct to kill again
the needs to want compassion
and needs to hold someone's hand

Built in us, a holy spirit
built in us, is just sand
Sand that stands still
