Was It Too Long?

As I see it again,
nothing seem the same,
Only time like in a book
was off to the side again.

Did it seem to long,
the question of the song
that didn't make sense to us all?

Was it too long to think about tomorrow,
today or yesterday,
if we didn't even have an answer
to it all?

One to make us feel like if we were whole
like if anyone cared,
what was the world like,
if we did't lose it all in here (our head?)
